Pixel 5.The service itself is great, but this app is awful, as I constantly need to uninstall and reinstall it in order to get it to work.If your app crashes when you select a residence hall, send them an email at the email address listed for them on the play store, and they'll fix your account very quickly.Horrible. It crashes all the time.The app crashes every time I try to open it.i have to download and redownload to open again every single timesays there is a problem whenever i try to open it.

2. Whenever you open the app it says "Life, not laundry" well I can't do my laundry and it's definitely effecting my life.Have to uninstall, reinstall, relink phone or else the app hangs on the loading screen every single time I try to use it.

5. The service done by the laundry staff at Rice is good for the most part, but this app is very frustrating, virtually eliminating the peace of mind that this service is supposed to give you.

1. Fix My Laundry Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Laundry: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Laundry App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Laundry" » Open My Laundry » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Laundry » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Laundry app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Laundry servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Laundry" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Laundry app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Laundry might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Laundry. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Laundry then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Laundry not working

2. Fix My Laundry Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Laundry be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Laundry not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Laundry may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
