1. In which I have to restart the whole scanning process again, hoping it doesn't crash.I love the app because of the fact i dont have to be walking around with a punch of quarters, but last night first time ever one of the dryer and a washing machine wasn't connecting to the app.

2. Also maybe put a timer function in the app for each machine you are using so you get a notification that the machine is done?BOKEN NEEDS TO BE FIXED It wont let me add a debit/credit card in the app.

3. Also, the app does not track the progress or your washer or dryer loads using a progress bar for each load and it does not notify you when your washer or dryer load is done.

4. Developers need to patch thisIt won't allow me to add a credit card without inputting the expiration date but there's no field to enter that.

5. It takes a few minutes to sign up but it will save you trips to the atm and the change machine, not to mention the time it takes to put in all those quarters! It is well worth the effort.App is poorly formatted, hard to use, and non-intuitive.

6. The idea here has a place in modern laundromats, but not if, in practice, the application is more difficult to successfully navigate and utilize than a handful of quarters.Not very good, the app is useful in the way you don't have to carry quarters.. if the hub is actually working.

7. I also have huge trouble using the scanning function as it seems to freeze after the camera opens for half a second and gets stuck.

8. Features like card management, as many others have pointed out, that would seem critical to an application such as this one, are buggy and don't function.

9. This app does not allow one to set the wash water temperature within the app; the same is true for dryer temperature.

10. Dexter pay does all of these features.Nice layout for most of this application's basic functions.

11. Makes it inconvenient to use, would be nice to be able to charge an exact per use amount on the app Vs having to use a Kiosk, and ending up with unused amount on the App.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix The Laundry BOSS Issues

1. Fix The Laundry BOSS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart The Laundry BOSS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the The Laundry BOSS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Laundry BOSS" » Open The Laundry BOSS » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Laundry BOSS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear The Laundry BOSS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Laundry BOSS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Laundry BOSS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check The Laundry BOSS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Laundry BOSS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall The Laundry BOSS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Laundry BOSS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Laundry BOSS not working


2. Fix The Laundry BOSS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Laundry BOSS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The Laundry BOSS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The Laundry BOSS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I’ve used your app twice and have not received any laundry credits. Yesterday the app wasn’t working properly and I had to logout and log back in to get the second machine to work. The app selected superwash but my machines were set on warm wash.
    Please put my credits and refund me the extra $.50 on two machines that did not get super washed.

  • I went to your Gate City Blvd. location on 10/12/22 and tried using washer 9. It took my $4.00 the first time and didn’t start so I went back made sure everything was correct and tried it again. Another $4 and I still can’t get my laundry done. So I had to put an additional $5 I. A washer that work. I’d like to be reimbursed the $9 I am owed!

Someone has compromised my card information: the charges are as follows 29.25, 33.75, 8.75, 15, 12.50 and 3.50. I would like those charges refunded. I decided to come directly to you before taking it up with my financial institution.

  • Hi ! I used lots o suds laundry mat on S Missouri Ave via this app & I was double charged with one of the big machines. I was just wondering how I can get my money back on one of those transactions that didn’t go through but yet, I was still charged for ?   • Since the laundry opened at 2357 w 52 st Hialeah Fl 33016 . I take my clothes to have them do laundry for me . All people who work from the beginning are well educated and work well. The las two time I wore my clothes , there where white ones and there where two o three pieces that were not washed well and on Sunday 21 at 10:20 am in the morning wear my clothes again. According to what I heard the employee is called Cary and she was very rude . She does not know how to express herself with clients and she got angry because she was saying things in the wrong way when I told her that please wash the white clothes with Clorox and it’s seems that made her angry . I think I have to receive my service well cleaned . I told you this cannot express yourself like that . I am fixed client every week . I hope that action is taken with this employee if she does not know how to work with clients . Thank a lot .

  • It charged me 14 for one washer. Should have been 6.75. I did three loads in the washer, 28,29 and 30 in ogden ut. It charged me 5.25,6.75 and 14.00. Send refund. Also I only use the app and pay on there and never get points. Not once

  • Second or third time it’s happened. I paid via app and machine wouldn’t start and even said I still owed money when counting down the original tender. Attempted to pay with change and realized I didn’t have quite enough so had to pay AGAIN via app. Should have paid $5 to wash and ended up paying $10.75. And now it’s caused me to overdraft!

  • I had to scan a washer twice. I started all three washers. When I came back to check, the bigger size washer had not started yet. I had to put in more money: $5.50, to finally get it started. There were no warning lights or signs on the machine.

  • Wildwood Apartments - my money gets taken atleast twice every laundry trip, over half of the machines don't work, I get no response from my apartment complex at least address they are aware of the issue and there really isn't a way to report or at least get a refund. Its cheap but after multiple times it really builds up.

  • I tried to use the app for washer #36 and it took $4 of my money twice. So now I’m out of $8. Tried calling the 205-201-1087 number to inform them of the issue and to receive a full refund but no one answered. Left a message and they still haven’t returned my call.
