1. This will make it easier to create plans where different weeks have different sets / representationsBest app in the segment! Tried several other apps and this one works really well! Very good features in the free version with options that less investment in the paid version.
2. I'll only give 4 stars and not 5 due to the fact you can't edit your calories burnt or distance when it comes to some exercises but all in all a great app.Finally an easy to use gym app, I’ve been through like 5.
3. An update that refreshes the calorie estimate when you amend the workout time would be cool - bad habit of forgetting to tick final set and so timer continues for hours.
4. Allows me to track and plan the workouts I want, adding exercises as needed as I work out.
