For the past three months the app is creating one or the other problem.. Payment option is not getting enabled.. 5 mails.. 2 calls to customer support no use.. Tey say lethargically still time is there know to pay.. If u want go to the shop in person.. In my district there is no grt.. I need to access online only.. They say that's the only way.. Three months continuously this or the other issue is happening..Always showing that there is an update.. design catalogue is buffering continuously..hell with the app.

2. So please update the vebsite.After the new update the profile is showing as guest user and all my information were disappeared and also It shows a message that " This authoriser doesn't have access to the resources" What is this?? I have informed regarding this to the team also.

3. Takes until next day for things to get fixed by the time gold prices increases.I have been trying to pay from last 3 days.. Not at all logging in.No response from support team as well.

4. It's becoming very hectic every month to do a very simple transaction from your mobile app, wasting too much time in it just waiting or expecting for the app to work one or the other day.
