1. upgrading to a 2 xl solved nearly all of them though! only issues with the app are the price comparison feature is missing, you can't list the condition or color of an item or the when creating a new listing like you canb on the website, and sometimes when editing/creating listings the publish button doesn't work.

2. Doesn't allow you to select from recent photos, they're all just randomly from whatever photos you have saved across your photo albums at random.

3. First, when selecting photos to upload from library, it doesn't give me an option to select my most recent photos.

4. Second, when I scrolled and finally found the photos I wanted to upload, all I got was a "spinning wheel" when it was time to publish my listing.

5. I don't know why it force closes every time I try to tap a message in my inbox but on their website it works just fine.

6. Anytime i try to sell something and add photos it jumbles all of the pictures i have on my phone into one file and i have to sort through everything to find them.

7. Please fix this, as it's a huge issue not being able to check the status of your shipment.older phones beware, a lot of features didn't work on my google pixel xl.

8. The app isn't worth the space on your phone since you'll end up finding yourself using the browser regardless.So buggy always! When I type what I want to search, products come up and then it freezes, CONSTANTLY.

9. Seems like they haven't updated basic functions in a while for anything other than iPhone I suppose but having a bad rated app doesn't look well for you guys.

10. Currently having an issue where the app force closes if I try to open a message that has tracking info in it.

11. You can find basically anything you want, any year, any size, any condition and know you're getting the best price for it and it's totally authenticated without the need for an authentication centre.

1. Fix Grailed Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Grailed: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Grailed App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Grailed" » Open Grailed: Buy & Sell Men's Clothing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Grailed » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Grailed: Buy & Sell Men's Clothing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Grailed servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Grailed: Buy & Sell Men's Clothing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Grailed app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Grailed might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Grailed. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Grailed then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Grailed not working

2. Fix Grailed Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Grailed be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Grailed not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Grailed may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
