Thank you.I worked on a specific layout for a winning at three person winning layout very first thing I ever made with this app and after I invested three hours of time into it save the file the pictures I had taken so much time in placing just so just perfectly so we're not at all however I arranged and they weren't in focus and they weren't even centered I wish I could attach it here so you could see what a sorry job it was12.17 STILL no privacy policy.

2. Thank you.Low Image quality, dont have save project? , sometime different result output with appearance in app.I can have a wide open page that I can arrange any photo and change the size.

But I only started to use this app yesterday and am rating because I was asked to do so ...In a few days I 'll be able to know better if this app deliver quality and not just quantity as sometimes happens!Creating a photo album with mixo is absolutely fabulous and fun.

4. it has stickers and colors and backgrounds and I love it ‼️So far quite OK... Just the cinese characters irritate and not so much options as for frames for exampleThis app is amazing and just the best for photo collages.

5. The downloading of stickers is different from how am used to because when a single sticker is chosen the all lot is automatically downloaded and this slow down the all process.

6. Why does it need to run at startup?I am new in this app, and i like it very much, but everytime i use the app it always crashes, and leads me to reopen it again.

1. Fix Mixoo Collage Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mixoo Collage: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mixoo Collage App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mixoo Collage" » Open Mixoo Collage - Photo Frame La » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mixoo Collage » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mixoo Collage - Photo Frame La app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mixoo Collage servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mixoo Collage - Photo Frame La" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mixoo Collage app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mixoo Collage might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mixoo Collage. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mixoo Collage then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mixoo Collage not working

2. Fix Mixoo Collage Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mixoo Collage be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mixoo Collage not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mixoo Collage may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
