1. I cant edit pictures, it says "Picsee has stopped." I tried restartin my phone, already re-installed it, done clearing cache and clearing data.

2. Sad that I am having to uninstall it but my picture quality is more important.Notifications. They are annoying, there's no option for you to be able to turn them off either.

3. However, I'm rating this app only three stars is because it's ridden with ads, so many that it overlaps over where i crop it, so then i have to keep going back and fourth between the cropping mode and the editing, since it makes me unable to see what I'm doing.

4. A request popped up asking me to give them access to my personal data that has nothing to do with putting text on photos.

5. For now, I'll be uninstalling.I love this app for the amazing and varied fonts but i dont know if it's just my phone but there are times where my picture (after putting the text) gets cropped 😅.

7. Anyways, it's a great app tho 💖😊not sure if i'm the only one experiencing this but i wasn't able to download the different fonts.

9. I would say, aside from a lot more items needed in each category - that your app is well on its way of becoming the go-to app of all apps.It's fine unless you want to type more than a few words.

10. But now it seems to ruin the quality of my pictures ☹ Ads really annoy me anyway- I'll be waiting for it to save and then it suddenly breaks out into music.

11. Second, there are times when I've work on a long text to put on the pic and then when I tried to edit it, it just disappeared.

1. Fix Text on pictures Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Text on pictures: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Text on pictures App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Text on pictures" » Open Text on pictures - Write words » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Text on pictures » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Text on pictures - Write words app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Text on pictures servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Text on pictures - Write words" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Text on pictures app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Text on pictures might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Text on pictures. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Text on pictures then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Text on pictures not working

2. Fix Text on pictures Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Text on pictures be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Text on pictures not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
