Why should I report an Issue with Sell on Etsy?

1. You can't change or edit your shop OR profile nor can you change half of the settings (super important things like shipping settings), but again the app has been this way for the past 3 years.Fix the app! Every month I have to delete or trouble shoot.

2. It's super buggy and has been for the past 3 years, it's missing the most important features that you need in order to even run Etsy on your phone, if anything it's more of a hassle but I have to have it because I'm not at my computer 24/7.

3. So if I wanted to make a draft of a product and save it for later when I can input the correct shipping profile, I can't do that on the app.The app makes managing your Etsy shop super easy! I can look at all of my stats, view and manage orders, and even add new listings.

4. Sometimes I may get one or 2 photos to work but most of the time they're too large which is silly considering they're good quality to show details in pieces that not only make us money but the ones making the app.Very poor software QA.

5. This need to be fixed ASAP! I have been selling on Esty since 2010, and now for the last few years the app had gone down hill.Works okay - if photos are small enough.

6. It is such a pain to scroll through many messages and often miss the name I need.Very convenient for uploading product photos from your phone.

8. I have 2 different shipping profiles on the desktop app, but the phone app tells me they dont exist, and I have to make a new one from scratch.

9. I do not have the time to take separate photos for an app that doesn't support higher quality shots of items we're trying to sell on the platform.

10. If I could change a couple things it would be to have the cha-ching sound back! I miss it!!!! And, more importantly, I wish I was able to access/make my coupons/sales from the app.

1. Fix Sell on Etsy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sell on Etsy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sell on Etsy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sell on Etsy" » Open Sell on Etsy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sell on Etsy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sell on Etsy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sell on Etsy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sell on Etsy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sell on Etsy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sell on Etsy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sell on Etsy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sell on Etsy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sell on Etsy not working

2. Fix Sell on Etsy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sell on Etsy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sell on Etsy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sell on Etsy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
