1. Otherwise i love the ClientiApp, though these few things might be hopefully changed in the near future: IMPORT FUNCTION To import your data you need to upload a CSV file to the clienti website.
2. One main reason why i do not wanted to register with the other big CRM players is the data - nobody knows that they do with the data that you enter and specially the amount of money and sensitive contact information.
3. MANUAL There is a "Group" option where you can create a group but i have not found out what this is good for.The app is easy to use and is a great way of being able to keep notes on your clients.
4. Clienti was the first app i found that i can use without the need of a registration, though there is such an option where you can pay 4 EUROS per month to backup your data, what i do not need and like but that is my own opinion.
5. Why not add the contact number field, and maybe some other info right away while adding a new contact?I have tested nearly every CRM out there and i HATE THEM for charging a monthly fee - what you only find out after you have registered with them.
6. Would like it more efficient on multiple selections and have manipulatory options for multiple contacts at once, and the ability for 'placement memory' on previous page (after returning from a clients file, it brings you back to the top of list).
7. The only thing I hate, and i think many other users agree, is when adding a contact, the only fields available is the name and address.
8. To add numbers and contact details, you need to find the specific contact, edit, then add the number.
9. As a canine massage therapist, I can list clients and their dogs as well as specific conditions and session notes for each individual dog.
10. Thats obvious because they do not want you to move from one service to other and take your data with you.
11. I would have given 5 stars if there was a way to export client records to a spreadsheet - especially for collecting email addresses. This app is perfect for my needs.
