Geeky Medics Customer Insights

1. This is essentially just a demo version of the full paid thing.The app looks promising enough..However, I'm thinking you should let people wet their beak just a little bit more with content....and then, try to get the 14 dollars out of them per year.

2. Edit: Yup! Found it already! Thanks for the response though! I also noticed some of the photos aren't showing, might be a bug? Worth checking..Very good app, did not have to purchase since most of what I wanted for my OSCE was on youtube but felt do greatful to the developers thought I would support.

3. May as well just say it as is, love the online geeky medic stuff and I'm sure the paid content in the app is great, but just advertise it as a paid app in the first place.

4. Am I missing something?? I want to be able to open my purchased app on another device! Its the right thing to do.Really good app and the content is professional and well structured.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Geeky Medics Issues

1. Fix Geeky Medics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Geeky Medics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Geeky Medics App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Geeky Medics" » Open Geeky Medics - OSCE revision » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Geeky Medics » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Geeky Medics - OSCE revision app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Geeky Medics servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Geeky Medics - OSCE revision" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Geeky Medics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Geeky Medics might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Geeky Medics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Geeky Medics then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Geeky Medics not working


2. Fix Geeky Medics Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Geeky Medics be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Geeky Medics not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Geeky Medics may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
