This is a new phone anyway🤔this app was okay then, but recently I've been experiencing bugs! everytime i download a photo from facebook, it would be downloaded successfully but when i open it in this gallery it would say "cannot generate the thumbnail", im really pissed, and also I can't locate the photos directly bc i have to go to the albums first in order to.

2. It started really good at first, didn't really get all the features but it was ok, but after a few months, it just...bugged! Nothing's working, I can't copy, move or edit anything! The album's won't even open on the right one! And this new album 4kt/s appeared disabling almost everything I usually do in the gallery.

3. thank u.As others say, needs a Recycle Bin feature and more general customization like how each of the albums would appear to your liking, e.g. show or not show the month/year a group of pictures were taken, how you want the pictures presented once you enter an album.

7. And when I open it in Al Gallery, portrait wise, it shows me landscape, and vice versa.

8. Picture Mark: You can mark pictures freely in pictures, add mosaics and freely crop them.

9. I tested it with another gallery app and sure enough, if you delete from this one, it will delete it permanently from your phone.

10. I accidentally deleted 2 pictures when I was mass deleting some blurry and repeat pictures of my pets.

11. Also, dark mode, please.Ok the app is great and all, but when I take out a screenshot of something that's landscape, it shows portrait, and I can't get it right, even when I rotate my screen☹️.

1. Fix AI Gallery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AI Gallery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AI Gallery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AI Gallery" » Open AI Gallery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AI Gallery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AI Gallery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AI Gallery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AI Gallery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AI Gallery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AI Gallery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AI Gallery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AI Gallery then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AI Gallery not working

2. Fix AI Gallery Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AI Gallery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AI Gallery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AI Gallery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
