The buses aren't separated by direction anymore (when I click on bus #__ northbound, it displays the stops going southbound AND northbound and I've to decipher which starting point is the one I need to go in the direction I need), the times are inaccurate, you can't put in the number for a bus stop to get the specific arrival time, & the updates do not actually change anything accept the ads that pop up.Adds covered Full screen or the top third, covering what text I remembered from December 2022, the last time this app was useful.

2. **If there are delays or station closures would be nice to have that as a banner or listed in a new tab for delays.FYI... for the last 2 weeks I've gone to use this app and in the nearby feature NONE of the scheduled bus times are showing...no other app is malfunctioning on this new phone... Only this one... And yes it's the latest version.... You guys are friggin killing man...I would have left this message on the app's feedback section but it cannot connect to the support server via data or wifi....SMHIt has alot of ads but was accurate and reliable.

3. And once you find the stop, whichever direction you intend on going, once you click on it, it gives you the opposite direction.

4. Insted of listing the stops according to the bus route, they switched to listing the stops in numerical order according to the bus stop number.

5. It sucks!!! It doesn't designate what direction the bus is going when it gives the intersections.

6. **A news or updates section for us to check in on the progress being made to the new lines, including scheduled completion dates.

7. Are you new owners to this app, cause this doesn't make any sense.This app is has been less than reliable for @ least 5 years & somehow it has gotten worse.

8. The information in this edition, appears to have been provided by a person (or persons) who has NO knowledge of the importance of frustrated passengers making timely connections.

9. The whole process is aggrivating asf.This revised app should have been compared to the previous version, before being released.

10. Also, when I choose a particular direction it ends only showing one direction and mainly the opposite direction in which I want to go in.

11. Not only that but bus times will disappear and reappear only when its about make its stop which is super inconvenient.This app is not savvy for a person on the move.
