1. Additionally other core ITIL modules such as incident management, change management, service catalog, asset management, user management and others are all available within the app. 2.
2. Freshservice is a refreshingly easy-to-use, simple-to-configure, ITIL based IT service desk management solution in the cloud.
3. The productivity centric Freshservice mobile app has been designed keeping in mind an IT agent’s flexibility to stay connected, ‘on the go’.
4. Create or respond to tickets, assign it to agents, change its priority and due date, mark it as spam or delete it. 3.
5. Prioritize and stay on top of tickets that matter the most with 9+ default views and unlimited custom views. 4.
6. Add private notes that only other agents can see, forward tickets, or just stay in the loop as a ‘watcher’. 6.
7. With an industry first module named ‘To-Dos’ it enables the agent to prioritize their day and see all the work stream in a single window.
8. Your employees can access the service catalog and even place and track service requests. 9.
9. Update all the details for assets, add new assets to the CMDB using the barcode/QR code scanner. 10.
10. Insert canned responses when needed and attach files as necessary. 5.
11. Search your list of users or the right solution in your knowledge base. 8.
1. As soon as I get an update on one ticket I'll also get old notifications on 3-5 old tickets from the last few days. This clutters my notifications and slows my workflowNotifications don't come in consistently and when they do it's an entire days worth all at once.
2. Please add dark mode as an option!Crashing on startup even after updating to the latest version!! And i WILL keep adding this review every time you take it down till you get this issue resolved!!!!Crashes when entering warranty expiry dates.
3. I made custom views to make the app more manageable, however from my short time using the app it appears that notifications are not syncing with the web app.
4. Notifications are NOT in sync with the web version, even when running both on the same device(s) (happens on both Z Fold 3, S21 Ultra).
5. Good start but needs more work. This app will do the job but the notifications need work and have for some time.
6. If I mark them as read on my laptop when a new notification comes in it shows only new, however on my cell it shows everything until I mark them as read there too (a bit annoying when 3/4's of my screen is taken up as a notification).
7. Ticket notifications are still annoyingly useless.
8. On both my phones Samsung S10 Android 12 and S22 Android 13 the widget is constantly refreshing - so it is cycling - shows loading, shows data and then back to loading.
9. This makes it impossible to help with urgent matters since it requires manual checking and doesn't even load the ticketThe project module is not accessible from the app.
10. Also would be great if you could add the discuss feature to the mobile app.I wish the app was more of a reflection of the browser version.
11. So yes, duplicate notifications on your desktop and then in the app all day long.
