You are also able to track how much you've lost after a workout, so you know where you are at.It amazing, d workouts are not too short n long at d same time , they are just enough for you to sweat and feel the burning inside of u.. but I'm hoping to see the results because i just started yesterday... it's really effective like all the muscles will pain at first but the pain keeps reducing everyday because you get used to it.It's great ,the pace is lovely and the break are not too long or short .they are just enough for you to breath but still feel burning and the impact of the workout.

Only constructive feedback is there aren't instructions on the exercises, you can watch the avatar but would be nice to include tips on how to do the exercise correctly.My sister recommended this app and I'm really enjoying it! I love getting in a 5 minute working when I don't have much time and doing a longer one when I can.
