1. I would like to recommend a tutorial to show you all the features the app has but other than that I love it.This app is pretty cool....if you are not comfortable with the workout routine they gave you, you can create your own...which helps with making you comfortable and not like you're forced to do exercises that you don't like.Sets does not pause in between sets.

It goes too fast from one excercise to another excercise.love the app I had used it before it's really good I really see a difference but I got a sport injury in my volleyball training so I deleted but I just installed again it's very useful special when the weather very bad so I can't go to the gym I really like the app :)Very easy to follow.
3. I understand ads are a necessary evil we must endure, but this has too many, too frequently, to make the app worth downloading and using.I like this app and I break a little sweat but I think the workouts could be a little longer with shorter recovery times between exercises.
4. There is no way to delete or add other sets and reps into currently saved routine unless you completely delete your routine and start over.
5. App is fine but I will just stick with pen and paper cause it's easier to add different sets and reps to the routine without starting over.
6. I have been using it for 3 days now, I started with the 30 day challenge, you can do the exercises anywhere because you don't need any equipment.
7. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP, IT WILL TAKE OVER YOUR PHONE.It has good sets and nice option to make your own routines.
8. Also the 1-2 count is to quick for lunges, instead of focusing on proper technique, I find myself trying to keep up.Easy to use the app.
9. There's not much detail, e.g. I can't compare or see what I did yesterday... otherwise, I like it, and the guy's voice makes you feel pumped up!Can't even read anything due to ads popping up.
10. I find I use the skip button more often than not.I love this app.
