Extremely sorry state of affairs at their end.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 😢 I didn't give 1star also.please dont choose this go first flight horrible experience,i dont know why flights are rescheduled and they ask if you cancelled your ticket or travel.if cancelled they charge 3000 cancellation charges what was not my mistake.

2. I am trying from long time today to connect with them, but their customer service also sucks.I have booked this Kolkata - Port Blair flight with return ticket in discount from your website.

3. It's a trend for them to cancell flight at the last few days before the date for travel and you will have no choice but yo book other airline at a much higher price.

8. Everyone Report all of your experiences to higher authorities so that this airline is shut down and no people fall into their trap!Disturbing Customer service at their end.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Go First Issues

1. Fix Go First Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Go First: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Go First App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Go First" » Open Go First » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Go First » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Go First app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Go First servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Go First" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Go First app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Go First might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Go First. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Go First then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Go First not working


2. Fix Go First Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Go First be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Go First not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Go First may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
