1. I had an issue at one point and tried a bunch of different ones, and none of them worked that well or even at all in some cases (didn't mask my ip.) I realized the issue I had could be fixed just by changing server, so I went back to using Secure VPN all the time.

7. Now that they made changes recently, it automatically tries to connect you with a random server that you have no choice over and it gives you connection issues where it has pretty much degraded the quality of the app.

8. My experience with this VPN is that the free trial worked great so it I probably worth paying for, but the free version is also pretty fast still and the ads are not at all obtrusive.

9. I tried everything from restarting certain apps and clearing caches to restarting my phone and immediately turning on the VPN first thing.

10. To disconnect and try to reconnect to a different server, you have to watch 2 ads, and then cross your fingers and hope to get a better connection, which often doesn't happen and you end up sub 1kbps, so you have to go through it all again.

11. Out of at least 7 other free VPN apps I've tried, this is the only one I would recommend.I'm not sure what is wrong with the app now.

1. Restart Secure VPN－Safer Internet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Secure VPN－Safer Internet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Secure VPN－Safer Internet" » Open Secure VPN－Safer Internet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Secure VPN－Safer Internet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Secure VPN－Safer Internet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Secure VPN－Safer Internet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Secure VPN－Safer Internet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Secure VPN－Safer Internet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Secure VPN－Safer Internet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Secure VPN－Safer Internet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Secure VPN－Safer Internet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Secure VPN－Safer Internet not working
