1. Overall I prefer over NordVPN besides that one issue.After contacting support and downloading a previous version of the app, it's working perfectly again.
2. Unacceptable! Update: The login issue has been resolved, but still can't recommend this app due to poor support.Very disappointed.
3. Haven't been able to connect to any of the location options listed for the past fortnight or so, I sent a message through to get assistance with rectifying it & have still not heard back.
4. I suggest that if anyone is facing this issue, please contact customer support and let them know that the problem is not limited to a small group of people, but almost everyone is facing this issue.
5. after 5 minutes you might be told you should check your internet connection.When finally you get to select a UK server you usually get a Can't Connect message.
6. Thanks.Probably one of the worst VPNs I've used, at least the Android version but what I've read (also here) it's not a platform specific issue.
7. Apps the are disappearing from several stores, apps stopped working on ALL my devices, and all support is doing is giving you links to set it up manual.
8. Absolutely wouldn't recommend SaferVPN, I lost some money but at least I know not to pay for this VPN ever again.After many years of good experience I find this update to be a total disaster, especially where UK is concerned.
9. I turned off the 2ghz & I'm only using 5ghz, could this be preventing it? If not then without assistance I night aswell cancel my subscriptionIt's a great VPN service and they have some really good plans.
10. There's costantly something wrong with the app (as right now when the app says no internet connection) itself and when the app is working you can't connect to the servers.
11. Safer vpn told me that this app was never intended for smart tv boxes.Can't connect properly in iOS and Android for month now.
