1. Waste of hard-earned money! Do yourself a favor get the Bose glasses they sound better and just work no app or anything else needed.Update : they patched it so I can now have all features!!! 4stars since it needed patched...Fold 3 user... syncs just fine..audio sounds fine (I'm not an audio junky)... can't pause/play/skip music... can't enable fb assistant.. I will say the inside led isn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be..and they are a good fit (for me).

2. Picture/video work fine (havent tried to upload or save any of em)... Just fix the pause and play and I'd be excited.The app produces enough technology to compile several few seconds of users short videos, allows users to select the best seconds to highlight of each clip, add a title to the video, and three different selections of music + different scrambles of the compiled short clips of video.

3. But it seems anything affiliated with BookFace...sorry "Meta" isn't advanced enough in the hardware field to keep up with what most consider basic capabilities for new tech.When I first purchased the glasses early September of 2022.

4. I was able to connect and play music and take calls, upload and edit videos.

5. Facebook assistant at this moment is a hands free experience to take videos and photosTries to constantly run in the background.

6. "Facebook assistant" isn't necessarily an Assistant we're used to, it's lacking basic functionalities like asking for the time, battery level, call/text a specific person and much more.

7. Edit: dropped out to one star because the product as a whole sucks, and the app still runs silently in the background even though it's been months, and these were advertised with "when their off, their off" ** BUT the app will sit there collecting data on phoneThis app is frustrating.

8. The thing I HATE is being forced to connect to WiFi to transfer pics/vids when just about every other "smart" device with a BT connection can transfer just via BT.

9. But let's get real, nobody wants a Facebook app constantly running in the background for no good reason at all.

10. Once the connection issues are fixed I'll bring my rating back up to 5stars.This device has solid potential but needs a lot of improvement .

11. Why need a app that doesn't work to even listen to music or make a call? I can't use either pair without the view app.

1. Fix Meta View Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Meta View: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Meta View App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Meta View" » Open Meta View » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Meta View » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Meta View app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Meta View servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Meta View" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Meta View app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Meta View might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Meta View. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Meta View then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Meta View not working

2. Fix Meta View Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Meta View be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Meta View not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Meta View may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
