1. Fix Smart Photo Print Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smart Photo Print: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart Photo Print App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Photo Print" » Open Smart Photo Print » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Photo Print » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart Photo Print app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Photo Print servers.
