1. Conversation thread is at the bottom though I click in msg at top of page.It is incredibly Aggravating I keep putting on my number it goes right back to the screen you won't let me log in to my account using my code or the fingerprint or my face.

3. The app doesn't hold fuel purchases properly, and constantly drops other purchases making it seem that you have more money than you do.

4. Way too much stuff that is not useful on this app and the basic things like being able to pull just your deposits up is no longer any where to be found without scrolling through the entire transaction screen.

1. Fix Extraco eBank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Extraco eBank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Extraco eBank App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Extraco eBank" » Open Extraco eBank » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Extraco eBank » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Extraco eBank app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Extraco eBank servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Extraco eBank" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Extraco eBank app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Extraco eBank might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Extraco eBank. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Extraco eBank then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Extraco eBank not working
