1. Is a mess.Nice and easy app but still needs some additional features like keep the app signed in without signing in again for next time.I'm giving it 3 stars because you can edit or add a new card with an account already active, so you end up with 2 accounts for no reason.

They want you to use this app for PR but it has lots of problems, bugs, system is always slow, Providers app is way better, never had problem, however PR EBT don't want you to use it because providers not only shows your balance, it helps you find a job, also shows you all the BENEFITS WE'RE SUPPOSED TO BE GETTING which is why they don't want you to use it.

3. SUGGESTION: Can you add an EDIT YOUR CARD option? I had an account already, lost my card and cannot edit my new card on the app.

4. I registered my personal info., but the Captcha function it doesn't work.Download and uninstalled.

5. It would be great if that option was available, instead of having to create a new account with another email.

6. I'm recently blocked from providers because last time I did a review on PR EBT I mentioned Providers app, now I can't use it.

1. Fix Contigo EBT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Contigo EBT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Contigo EBT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Contigo EBT" » Open Contigo EBT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Contigo EBT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Contigo EBT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Contigo EBT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Contigo EBT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Contigo EBT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Contigo EBT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Contigo EBT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Contigo EBT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Contigo EBT not working

2. Fix Contigo EBT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Contigo EBT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Contigo EBT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Contigo EBT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
