1. Perhaps they should think about putting in a call function, So you can choose from call or text message to verify the phone number.For a long time the app worked fine and I had no issues, but now that my card expired I get an error message everytime I try to update the card that reads "No Internet Connection: Make sure your cellular data is turned on or you're connected and signed into a WiFi network.". I made sure I was connected to cellular data and I tried again connecting to wifi, but I still get the same message.

2. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR APP🤬Very unhappy with the (no internet connection issue ) when try to update a card or add one,also if for some reason you make the error send the money to a person by mistake there is no way to recovery unless the person you send it by error has the good intention to send it back if not you loose the moneyMine is not even opening, I did an update to see if I'll solve the issue but no.

3. Still gets frozen on the logo... 2 days and counting.No chase bank support, when you contact ath they say yes it works with chase bank.. when you contact chase bank they say ATH movil is not a trusted app and caution against connecting my bank account to an app that's not trusted there for they CHASE DOES NOT SUPPORT ATH MOVIL please correct this in your support..Change my card, so I deleted the old one.

4. But seems to be an error with the system and now I haven't been able to activate the new one or have access to my account.I can not update my card, says I have no connection when I clearly have data service and Wi-Fi.

5. It seems like the app or the service is not sending the text message to certain locations as I am located in the Virgin Islands, they need to have this issue resolved so that the people can use the app.

6. I am not getting the text message to verify the account, I have contacted EverTec group multiple times with no luck or no further assistance.

7. I even tried uninstalling and re-intalling the app, but the error message remains.

8. Can someone assist?No internet connection when adding and updating card.

9. Had to use an old iPhone to update card and I don't wanna do that in the future.

10. Please fix.THE WORST!!!! WHY DO I HAVE TO REINSTALL EVERY FEW WEEKS???? I'm getting tired of having to reboot this damn app every week.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ATH Móvil Issues

1. Fix ATH Móvil Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ATH Móvil: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ATH Móvil App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ATH Móvil" » Open ATH Móvil » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ATH Móvil » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ATH Móvil app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ATH Móvil servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ATH Móvil" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ATH Móvil app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ATH Móvil might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ATH Móvil. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ATH Móvil then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ATH Móvil not working


2. Fix ATH Móvil Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ATH Móvil be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ATH Móvil not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ATH Móvil may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Good afternoon I transfered 50 dollars the third of November between cards and never received the money.I waited a couple of days to see if it appeared but it didn't, so I transferred a dollar and instantly appeared but then I transferred the dollar back to the card I had transferred it from and it didn't appear on my account. I hope you guys could solve the issue and that the money will appear on my account.

  • I got locked out of my account last night. However I clicked the the forgot password. I received a security code via email to change my password, which I input. I've been waiting up to now to receive a security code via text to verify my phone.

    Please if the text cannot go through kindly send me the code via email. I shouldn't have to wait this long for a text message

  • I was using ATH Móvil and changed phone numbers. When I try and log in to update with my new number it wants to send verification to my old number. When I try using a new email address with my new number it asks for my card number and then tells me I need to add a new card. I can’t seem to unlink my old number or card. I have money in limbo as the system has no easy way to update information.
