Why should I report an Issue with ArcGIS Survey123?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Esri to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Use Survey123 to capture reliable data from familiar devices while either online or offline.

2. With surveys published to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise, data is securely uploaded to ArcGIS for further analysis.

1. I CANNOT have an unreliable data collection app.doesn't have basic functionality like text editing, autocorrect, or text suggestions.

2. Uninstalled / reinstalled, still using the google account sign in information and without the create account option.

3. Can't even use it.Created an account using my google account and was denied access with a "Use the create an account option." That option is not available from any window.

4. I'm open to suggestions.With latest releases if user perform surey , system automatically open sign in page after 2 or 3 survey.

5. Downloading fails, images can not reliably be stored especially from nested forms and interface is clunky and not user friendly compared to apps such as fulcrum.

6. Makes at-home survey completion or using external apps like Solocator impossible.

7. 1 app for all would be preferable.Haven't been able to use on Android for months due to crashing while using the maps feature.

8. This is annoying.Cannot upload photographs from Gallery - app crashes the moment Gallery is selected (rather than Camera).

9. can't imagine someone using this app unless they were forced to.Version 3.18.142 always crashes whenever I snap a photo for an image question.

10. Data is lost during the crash and because my data is time sensitive, it cannot be re-entered.

11. On a team survey data could not be synced between other phones.

1. Fix ArcGIS Survey123 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ArcGIS Survey123: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ArcGIS Survey123 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ArcGIS Survey123" » Open ArcGIS Survey123 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ArcGIS Survey123 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ArcGIS Survey123 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ArcGIS Survey123 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ArcGIS Survey123" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ArcGIS Survey123 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ArcGIS Survey123 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ArcGIS Survey123. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ArcGIS Survey123 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ArcGIS Survey123 not working

2. Fix ArcGIS Survey123 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ArcGIS Survey123 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ArcGIS Survey123 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ArcGIS Survey123 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
