Very disapointed, some years ago they didn't wanted you to pay.Quick informative, no fuss, easy to do and good on the eye.Initially from the outset, the app looked good, but I found the options severely limited, getting other options appears to be quite an expensive exercise, and worst of all my basic finished questionnaire didn't even work properly! So I recommend not bothering with this, saving your tine (and lots of money!) and trying some of the other better (and free) survey apps instead.

2. I was using a different survey maker before someone recommended this, at first I was relieved but now, I'm just frustrated.Scam. They invite you to create a survey, spend the time to set it up, send it to people, etc.

3. Then you realise it is very laborious to extract data from your survey.10 Response Limit Joke - Recently issued a small 7 question survey to a local community group with an expected 10 - 20 responses in total.

4. This one issue defeats the purpose of installing the app.You can NOT receive responses from more than 10 people and no more than 10 questions in the free mode so I had to sign up to see the rest of the results.

1. Fix SurveyMonkey Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SurveyMonkey: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SurveyMonkey App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SurveyMonkey" » Open SurveyMonkey » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SurveyMonkey » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SurveyMonkey app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SurveyMonkey servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SurveyMonkey" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SurveyMonkey app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SurveyMonkey might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SurveyMonkey. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SurveyMonkey then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SurveyMonkey not working

2. Fix SurveyMonkey Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SurveyMonkey be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SurveyMonkey not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SurveyMonkey may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
