1. Used website to fill the form, paid full amount in the other country but it gave me payment not done eventhough deducted from my accoynt! then spent nearly 2 hours in Muscat airport to justify, unfortunately not proceed nor refund so far, so I have to pay again to go home.The app is not accurate in working out the current location.
2. Seriously developers, please go easy on our phones...now I need to charge my phone 3 times a day instead of the usual once....I salute the Oman government for this app to help track and stop people from roaming around during quarantine.
3. Last, cudnt find the customer support contact info in any of the help menu.In application there is a option" isolation location is not set.
4. Overall this is an OK app just needs some polishing.After reaching my hotel for my quarantine, the app doesn't allow me to set the location.
5. Totally useless app.Wristband gets disconnected with this app automatically, need to tap in the app again and again to keep it connected.
6. Need improvement.Using an active Oman registered mobile number to get OTP to register with the app.
7. After contacting to the support center the wristband was connected (the response from the support system was almost quick).
8. 2) you need to restart the app if not your phone to have it pair the wrist band again.
9. Please press on this notice to set it" When I click it show me 2 options, 1 view map, 2 set location.
10. And the wristband is not assigned even though it was already assigned at the airport with the help of the airport staff.
11. Imagine the people using their own country's mobile number, they wouldn't receive the OTP in ages.
