1. My Lad reports areall from Royal Hospital only.So far it's a good app, BUT I cannot check my lab results nor future appointments! So what is the purpose of this app?! Cannot view my lab results for the year 2023 entirely...! PLEASE DIC THE BUG!Really it's wonderful and was quickly done with high experience staffAll the updates and medication and visit for 2023 it's not showing even the lab results updated the app to latest version but not solved .I would suggest that as a parent, once I register I shall be able to see all my children reports rather then register each one separately to be able to monitor all member of family in one place.

Current v 3.0.4Most Lab results are not visible where some will give errors and some will say NO ACTIVITY and so on, so we are forced to again visit the medical centers to check the results, which is not sufficient this app is supposed to serve remotely,, even submitting feedback is giving errors,, also it should be linked to private sector as they are all monitored by MOHNice app.

3. I suggest to integrate your records with health insurance compaies especially for those who have medical insurance to get the updated health records.Very useful, a great effort, I think it will improve by time reaching the top in this field.

4. Once chiled reach 18 then can be registered separateThe labs tests and xrays are still not available in the health history.

5. Different users are getting different experiences, which is weird.the app is not being updated.

6. The last ones in the application are from 2020! Also, doctor visits are not updated.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Shifa Issues

1. Fix Shifa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Shifa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Shifa App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shifa" » Open Shifa - Oman » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shifa » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Shifa - Oman app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shifa servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shifa - Oman" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Shifa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shifa might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Shifa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shifa then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shifa not working


2. Fix Shifa Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shifa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shifa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shifa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
