1. Great app for casual use and cross training.Update: I'm one year in and I'm still loving this app! The option for random workouts is fantastic đź‘Ź I love the addition of the running feature.

2. I prefer solitary workouts, BUT -- I love the little avatar, I even enjoy the music, the coach is helpful and not annoying, and the scenery is really lovely.

3. Would love an option for larger fonts and a workout calendar to map out your workout routine for a week or two to a month, that alerts you or not.

4. Overall, a keeper! Thanks!!This cycling app is great for use as a cross training device.

5. I'd like one female rider and maybe one more 15 minute free option, like an island...? I'd also like it to be able to run in the background like my walking apps do and it pops up in drop-down screen or screen in screen.

6. The "skip" arrow (to move to another segment of the workout during a workout) is hard to pull up while cycling.

7. I wish the exercise summary told you cadence as well as time and resistance, only a minor issue until I get used to all the different options.

8. At first the graphics were a bit funny looking but with this recent update (29Mar21) the graphics have improved SIGNIFICANTLY and I love it.

9. It takes too many taps and menus to get to a workout and the new "Sleek" UI and colour scheme makes everything feel and look clunky.

10. When I was short on time, I can easily pop into a random workout which is very crucial when every second counts.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CycleGo Issues

1. Fix CycleGo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CycleGo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CycleGo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CycleGo" » Open CycleGo - Indoor Cycling Class » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CycleGo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CycleGo - Indoor Cycling Class app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CycleGo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CycleGo - Indoor Cycling Class" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CycleGo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CycleGo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CycleGo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CycleGo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CycleGo not working


2. Fix CycleGo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CycleGo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CycleGo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CycleGo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
