1. App used to be great but now customer service is trash, app crashes, prices aren't accurate, too good to go bags gone, promo codes won't apply etc Poor engineers working on this.I recently moved and I tried to enter my address and it auto populate next door and I was unable to change it.

I've had mixed experiences, varying issues with the app, customer service, & deliveries missing items, being sent the wrong item repeatedly, deliveries that are late, coupons popping up right after orders which is beyond annoying, produce that is not in great shape and goes bad quickly, mishandled/melted items, etc.

3. Adding delivery fees on top, of course because it is delivery app in the first place but still adding 2.35 small order fee is just ridiculous and killing the main idea of the app.Since Getir bought it there is almost nothing available in the store.

4. In terms of the service it's still good, no issues with delivery.The quality of the shop went massively down after Getir bought it.

5. Orders always arrive in good time, and I'm never disappointed! Try it out and prepare to be amazed!Fine until it's not.

6. Deliveries take way longer than what they advertise.Gorillas deliver groceries and offer easy supermarket shopping.

7. For like the last 2 weeks or so, it said that delivery to my address is unavailable.

8. Only experienced one late delivery (late being 20 minutes instead of 15) after about 10 orders.

9. They send cheaper versions of the items bought (e.g. Colruyt Everyday instead of what is advertised).

10. Everything was honky doory for a while but ive been unable to make a purchase for weeks due to a weird error thrown at checkout.

11. Then I was quizzed on why I took so long to report the missing delivery.

1. Fix Gorillas Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gorillas: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gorillas App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gorillas" » Open Gorillas: Online Food Delivery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gorillas » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gorillas: Online Food Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gorillas servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gorillas: Online Food Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gorillas app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gorillas might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gorillas. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gorillas then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gorillas not working

2. Fix Gorillas Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gorillas be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gorillas not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gorillas may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
