1. Since I tend to use it while watching YouTube, it is very annoying 5.1)Make it small screen friendly.This app is awesome, the accelerometer based cadence sensor and bluetooth heart rate monitor features are exactly what I was looking for for use with the dumb spin bikes at my gym.

2. If you stop the app and want to start a 2nd time you have to reboot your whole phone ..tried to use it for serious training but it let me down more often than not ....looking for something better ...annoying AppHas been my go to spin app for a while.

3. I'd give 5 stars if I could automatically upload activities to those two apps.Seams to be a good app but for some reason doesn't show properly on my phone (oneplus 6t).

7. Any advice ?Excellent in measurements but no connectivty with major fitness watches like Amazfit Stratos and no intergration with other apps ecosystem.

8. I have an issue : I am Samsung mobile user and when I connected the mobile into spinning machine through audio jack , it don't get any data , while when I connect iphone mobile it gets the data smoothly .

9. Edit: I had to change the font on my phone to default in order for it to display properly.I downloaded this app over a day ago and haven't been able to use it at all.

10. It is able to pick up the cadence but the app just shows the decimal of the cadence, it doesn't show the unit.

11. The only problem is that this app doesnt integrate with other apps, like MyFitnessPal or Strava.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Momentum Group Fitness Issues

1. Fix Momentum Group Fitness Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Momentum Group Fitness: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Momentum Group Fitness App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Momentum Group Fitness" » Open Momentum Group Fitness » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Momentum Group Fitness » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Momentum Group Fitness app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Momentum Group Fitness servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Momentum Group Fitness" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Momentum Group Fitness app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Momentum Group Fitness might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Momentum Group Fitness. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Momentum Group Fitness then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Momentum Group Fitness not working


2. Fix Momentum Group Fitness Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Momentum Group Fitness be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Momentum Group Fitness not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
