Ease (Benefits Matter) Customer Insights

1. The Time Off, Director, and Benefits features are all pretty good (but don't have things like filters, which are available in the web-based pages for it.) The Profile is limited in the app (better in web-based page) but the calendar actually shows better in the app, so all around, pretty good.This app needs more refinement.

2. Needs work!App Username is located in the Ease website through the company in the employee profile under Login which only admins can see.

3. Also super convenient that I can request time off and see a company calendar and directory too!Useless if you have single sign on configured.

4. All of this is a huge reason to get the app and it doesnt have it.Constant crashing - very seldomly even allows me to open the appIt's great to have all my benefits in the palm of my hand.

5. It should store team name and use additional buttons to change team name or logout completely.

6. Your whole profile isn't listed so you can't add emergency contacts, change address, etc.

7. While I wish it had SSO like other reviews stated, it's really easy to use the biometric option and have it use your fingerprint.

8. Upon logout, it requires me to input my team name all over again.

9. Selfie upload fails everytime and there's a dead 'benefits' button on bottom.

10. To have to look it up every time is a hassle! Additionally, after every log in, it asks if I'd like to use biometric.

11. App has no option to use SSO.Crashes every time.
