And finally, all of the images in the app show up as broken image links like in a browser.Not really an easy log in, I put in my password and it didn't remember it even after I've deleted the app and reinstalled it will show my login info and still not log me in, I called to fix the problem and there's an answering service and it walks you through how to use your last 4 digits of your social so to change password and it still didn't work, when asked if I wanted any other help press "#1" it hangs up on me.

2. Deleted and reinstalled with the same result.Just like every other users have already mentioned, after the initial login, it will just stuck at 401 error and will never work again.

3. I have ID and password, but it asks for a company code that isn't found anywhere, this App is supposed to be easy to use but it sure seems like this app needs a lot of polishing.Won't let me log in even though I've triple checked the information I'm putting in.

4. The only thing I would change is adding fingerprint login, but once a month, for security purposes, still have the 2 step log in.10/03/2019: Crashes Immediately Everytime upon opening.

5. You have to clear app cache and data to login again, but why should I bother considering this app provide little to no information.Able to log in on my browser, but not on this App.

7. Website requires multi-factor authentication, but the app doesn't even support it? That's a hold on the security right there.

1. Fix bswift benefits Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart bswift benefits: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the bswift benefits App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "bswift benefits" » Open bswift benefits » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for bswift benefits » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear bswift benefits app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from bswift benefits servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "bswift benefits" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check bswift benefits app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, bswift benefits might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall bswift benefits. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall bswift benefits then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing bswift benefits not working
