1. the concept of real time data hasn't been discovered yet by BMCI and the transactions information takes 3-4 days & sometimes even more to be updated.Poor app for poor bank that charge the highest fees in Morocco,you have to learn from CHI and PB they're the best no agios or at least fair, international free access with every single detail about every movement with updates daily.

The fees of this Bank are the highest that's I had seen in all the banks that i had tried beforeThe app is the same as the web site except the web site works better.very bad and simple app no fuatures no options just to know your soldPoor and very basic as banking appthat's the worst application ever developed.

1. Fix BMCI_ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BMCI_: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BMCI_ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BMCI_" » Open BMCI_Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BMCI_ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BMCI_Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BMCI_ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BMCI_Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BMCI_ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BMCI_ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BMCI_. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BMCI_ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BMCI_ not working

2. Fix BMCI_ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BMCI_ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BMCI_ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BMCI_ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
