1. I would have given 5 stars except for the few times multiple calls needs to be made before a connection takes place (rare but still can be frustrating), and the fact when you want to just leave a VM, which is an option, it reverts to my own number which defeats the purpose of the work connected number.Great app 09/09- had to amend my review.
2. Very frustrating to either (choose one): have your ear starting and stopping other functions of your phone randomly OR have to manually deploy your lock screen at the start of the call and the unlock again in order to hang up.
3. As a solo practitioner, the app has been very useful for times when I cannot be in the office, enabling me to receive faxes, as well as make phone calls (which shows my office number on the caller id).
4. This could lead to critical mistakes or at least terrible confusion in medical care! The behavior varies depending on platform of the patient (Android vs iOS).App works great being a medical assistant and making lots of calls.
5. The iPhone version doesn't appear to have these issues, it seems like they wrote the app on the iPhone first and then ported it over to Android because it's really clunky. The recent update has ruined the app for phone call use.
6. The only issue I have encountered thus far is that I cannot go to a different app (such as my calendar) during a call without the call being disconnected.Great app, I love that they added the scan telephone # to the android version, but it is really buggy overall.
7. Third and veryThe upgrade to VOIP has greatly improved the experience; however it would be much better if the app simulated a phone by closing the touch screen (like your real phone does) when you put it up to your ear.
8. Second, sometimes while I'm in the middle of speaking with someone and another call comes through, instead of going to voice mail the phone will ring.
9. As before, I get an email with a list of articles, I click on a title, my phone asks me if I want to open it with one of my browsers or Doximity.
10. If you don't push just hard enough EXACTLY on the number, it won't register and since you can't touch anywhere in the number sequence to change it, you have to start over. This is a really good app for work purposes.
11. Developers: PLEASE fix the (beta) video feature: in my use, the video images are reversed (left-right): my own image looks like I am looking at a mirror (left is on the right and vice versa), and so is the patient's image.
