2. Every company has different password parameters and we end up with 100s of different passwords that we can't remember and we constantly have to try and reset them.. I've read news stories were people have forgotten their passwords to their crypto wallets and have lost their coins for ever.. 1. Restart Dogecoin DEX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dogecoin DEX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dogecoin DEX" » Open Dogecoin DEX » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dogecoin DEX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dogecoin DEX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dogecoin DEX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dogecoin DEX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dogecoin DEX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dogecoin DEX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dogecoin DEX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dogecoin DEX then reinstall.
