1. Now many parts are in Russian.Why is the verification process so difficult for a foreigner? All the other money services accept an uploaded driver's license.

1. Fix Yandex.Money Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yandex.Money: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yandex.Money App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yandex.Money" » Open Yandex.Money — wallet, payments, transfers, fines » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yandex.Money » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yandex.Money — wallet, payments, transfers, fines app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yandex.Money servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yandex.Money — wallet, payments, transfers, fines" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yandex.Money app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yandex.Money might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yandex.Money. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yandex.Money then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yandex.Money not working
