1. I am also a little disappointed that I am unable to delete files, why is this? If I could delete files I would give a 5 🌟Before even being able to takeva first look at the program, a 30 seconds full-screen advertisement played with loud music.

1. Fix Word Office Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Word Office: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Word Office App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Word Office" » Open Word Office - Word Docx, Docs Excel Reader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Word Office » click "UPDATE".
