1. After being a reliable tool for years, this degradation in performance may force me to find an alternative.At least, this app saves my particulars for safe entry and exit.

2. The previous QR code reader I installed had me keying in all my info at every entry and exit, resulting in me having to do it over 20 times ! This was despite the fact that I ticked on the "Remember me" box in that app.

3. Avoid!Used to be a good app, now, it has a weird behaviour of being oversensitive when scanning and beings up incorrect URL where you are aaked for Credit card details.

4. Have been using it for years! Even scans WiFi QR codes and shows you the password, which is heaps useful if you don't have this feature natively.

5. Touting contact and calendar qr codes is just a way to add the permission to steal data and when the screen pops up for the agreement, if you try to get out of the app, it acts as though you confirmed and agreed when you didn't.

6. One suggestion for a better experience would be to enable the app to scan a QR code stored as a picture in the phone.

7. So far, I haven't been able to get the app to do that when I tap on the "scan a picture" icon.Does exactly what it says and what it's supposed to.

8. I marked it as blacklist and dumped it since then.App took me straight to an ad after scanning a QR code, and clicking through by mistake cost me.

1. Fix QR code reader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QR code reader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QR code reader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QR code reader" » Open QR code reader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QR code reader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QR code reader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QR code reader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QR code reader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QR code reader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QR code reader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QR code reader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QR code reader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QR code reader not working
