1. Would delete it immediatelTerrible!! I have a few of Denon's hardware, great products but Why do we even bother with their apps?!! These are horrible! Just as I said on my other reviews - FIRE YOUR APP DEVELOPERS!!!The sound quality is good, the problem is that, it is difficult to create a playlist and, the app cannot find some of my musicDenon, what's gone wrong? Opens, then instantly crashes.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Denon Travel Issues

1. Fix Denon Travel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Denon Travel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Denon Travel App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Denon Travel" » Open Denon Travel » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Denon Travel » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Denon Travel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Denon Travel servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Denon Travel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Denon Travel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Denon Travel might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Denon Travel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Denon Travel then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Denon Travel not working


2. Fix Denon Travel Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Denon Travel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Denon Travel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Denon Travel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
