1. Danka for taking action on this in advance.Total rubbish Keeps crashing every time I used it, but even if it didn't - what's with when u select a song it asks if you'd like to play it now or later??? Denon makes extraordinary sound equipment but stay away from software please.

2. I have gotten the app to work on other phones, but as it seemingly does nothing besides playing local files (no Tidal or Spotify support) and also provides no extra adjustments to the connected Denon GC30 headphones, I would have given it zero rating if possible.

3. There are probably lots of apps in the same situation.Crashes when using task bar to go back to it.. Other than that it's spot on so please fix as it's a bug that's starting to bug me! ;) Also please add a proper folder structure as I have self induced ocd and have my own music organised in specific folders that I would like to select.

4. It recognizes the music saved on memory card, but when I try to play choice or add to queue, the app crashes every time.

5. Please make this app work again xEverytime I chose a station I get an error message saying it isn't "supported." Then why is it listed as if it's available? What a frustrating waste of time! I own a lot of Denon equipment.

6. I expected much more from a Denon app.This app is excellent!! I use it with my yamaha wifi receiver and am able to send music and radio to two different zones in my home.

7. Do not download unless u like to get frustrated and waste time and device memory.Denon headphones are the absolute best for modern listening.

8. But the last year it does not read any music on my phone (when it does it's the wrong track) seriously guys.

9. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, uninstalling and waited 3 days to reinstall and app still crashes when I try to play or add a selection to the queue.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Denon Audio Issues

1. Fix Denon Audio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Denon Audio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Denon Audio App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Denon Audio" » Open Denon Audio » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Denon Audio » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Denon Audio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Denon Audio servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Denon Audio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Denon Audio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Denon Audio might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Denon Audio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Denon Audio then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Denon Audio not working


2. Fix Denon Audio Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Denon Audio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Denon Audio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Denon Audio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
