Why should I report an Issue with The SuperStar?

Good charts and smooth gameplay gets 2 starsAs a rap music lover i like it, but it's not enough, i only see 3/4 rap artist there, So much bug, keep asking me to retry after i play a song, also failed download a song like thousand times it's so tiring, long loading screen time, often freeze frame and i have to restart the app, it's so annoying,Nice game.

2. Please add more song and artist to this game please.......The timing is completely off, even when you clearly hit a note it will count as a miss.

3. My main complaint is that the game gets stuck at processing/loading the song in the song selection screen.

4. This game doesn't have some feature that other superstar game have (such as music battle) but I don't think that this is a very important issue.

7. The font choice and the design feels like this was built on version 0.8 of the superstar template, and the gimmick of this one is prism cards which don't even feel that great to collect.

1. Fix The SuperStar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The SuperStar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The SuperStar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The SuperStar" » Open The SuperStar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The SuperStar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The SuperStar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The SuperStar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The SuperStar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The SuperStar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The SuperStar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The SuperStar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The SuperStar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The SuperStar not working

2. Fix The SuperStar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The SuperStar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The SuperStar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The SuperStar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
