It's a serious problem when you waste 2 or more headphones when you have to wait 8 minutes for just 1 headphone as I only really enjoy playing normal difficulty.The game is fun, but it lags a lot and freezes in the beginning of each level, saying I missed the first few notes when i couldn't even see them.

2. And, of course, the music is perfection, thanks to BTS, and staff, and their amazing ability to only produce the best entertainment.As much as I love this game, when I try to go to hard mode the whole screen turns black or some of it does.

3. However, the con of this app is that is freezes or the screen turns black after I have already used headphones to play the game.This is a top quality rhythm game with good graphics, sound, and even their customer service is great.

4. It makes you want to uninstall the games.I would give this game 5 stars because I absolutely love it and really enjoy playing it.

8. It doesn't happen often, but if the game glitches, or their tech support has to kick you out to add/fix something, you will receive a message from customer service to apologize, and give you a free gift for the trouble.

9. Plus, this game is more modern compared to the other superstar games; I don't know why it's that way, but it definitely makes it pleasing to look at.

1. Fix SuperStar BTS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SuperStar BTS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SuperStar BTS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SuperStar BTS" » Open SuperStar BTS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SuperStar BTS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SuperStar BTS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SuperStar BTS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SuperStar BTS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SuperStar BTS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SuperStar BTS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SuperStar BTS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SuperStar BTS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SuperStar BTS not working

2. Fix SuperStar BTS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SuperStar BTS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SuperStar BTS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SuperStar BTS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
