Why should I report an Issue with SongPop?

1. You need to be faster than your opponent in order to win, you can either play a random user, or play against friends, fun game to play if you like music:-)I loved SongPop, then I was forced to update to SongPop2.

2. This is why you're suppose to update versions not rename your game.Song pop is not working after phone update! I love this game, I've been playing it for years.

3. You can be playing an opponent and win-when you play the next game against that opponent your score has been changed significantly (anywhere up to 2000 points) and you have lost.

If you challege an opponent and the score is tied you lose a point and your opponent scores a point-however if you tie on your opponents choice they get the point and you get nothing.I don't know if this was ever fixed, but I can't 100% achievements on a game that refuses to install, because it's been replaced with an updated version.

5. As soon as my power ups are gone so am IReally love playing this game, I've used Songpop App for years, you have to guess the Name, or who sings the song it plays, correctly out of 4 choices.

6. Please fix this so I can continue playing! I've been using Song Pop almost since it began, and I'd hate to stop simply because it isn't compatible with newer phones and software.It's fun to play.

7. The APP keeps closing before it even gets started!They want everyone to switch to song pop 2 If you have an older phone you can still play the original but don't get the daily spin.

8. But i just updated my Samsung with the latest Google update and now song pop won't open! I am so upset, song pop is my favorite! I would have never updated my phone if I new this was going to happen.

9. I don't even have apple so the generic IOS version incompatibility message is a lie and my phone hasnt had a system update in months since before songpop was working fine.

1. Fix SongPop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SongPop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SongPop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SongPop" » Open SongPop » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SongPop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SongPop app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SongPop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SongPop" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SongPop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SongPop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SongPop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SongPop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SongPop not working

2. Fix SongPop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SongPop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SongPop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SongPop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
