1. I think 20 minutes is too long to wait for a headphone😑The game is okay but it needs a work with the graphics, it's kinda low and less classy to look at, too simple design when you play begin to tap, like hey I know there's more better than that, I mean you guys can make it better than that and because of that it can be sometimes boring to even play because it then feels unattractive the longer you stay within the game.

2. please fix n i'll gave my 5 stars review back.this games is fun to play but nowdays it's always lagging so i can't get my 3stars in easy to hard mode!! so i became lazy to play it again, usually i play this game twice a day.

3. I play this game everyday for almost 2 years and usually can do hard level with all super perfect - 3 rainbow stars.

4. please fix this, i've been so mad last night because i finally finished wannabe with 3 stars then suddenly the game crashes not counting the points and the stars :'(My first ever game..ilovedit .

5. when i first open a song it crashes, when the song ends the game crashes which uses up headphones and doesn't even count the points.

6. Also, sometimes the app does crashes and I need to play the song again but headphones has been deducted on previous try.

7. now I only collecting the card and cannot properly play the game.It's quite nice to play this one.

It is a bit difficult to complete the limited themes, but overall I have find myself to be playing this a bit more than the other superstar games.when press and hold the notes, it suddenly didn't detect halfway causing a break in my combo (miss), sometimes i did tap the note well and the board did light up but it was counted as miss.

9. the game keeps delayed especially when i play songs.

10. Maybe add the options to connect with friends so we can compete with 1 another on a leaderboard.I love this game, particularly because I am familiar with all songs by Woollim artists.

11. There aren't that many songs that have been uploaded yet, so it's not too overwhelming for new players to complete at least the easy mode with 3 stars for every song.

1. Restart SUPERSTAR WOOLLIM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SUPERSTAR WOOLLIM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SUPERSTAR WOOLLIM" » Open SUPERSTAR WOOLLIM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SUPERSTAR WOOLLIM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SUPERSTAR WOOLLIM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SUPERSTAR WOOLLIM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SUPERSTAR WOOLLIM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SUPERSTAR WOOLLIM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SUPERSTAR WOOLLIM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SUPERSTAR WOOLLIM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SUPERSTAR WOOLLIM then reinstall.
