Why should I report an Issue with SUPERSTAR FNC?

If this could be fixed I'd give it 4 stars.4 Stars cause I was really looking forward to this cause of SF9 but It keeps on hanging just like the Superstar Woolim..when I'm enjoying the game already, it will suddenly hang whenever I think it loses connection but it won't even reconnect, I need to exit it on my program running tab then restart the game again, unlike Superstar G-friend where when there is a lost of connection for a little while it will still reconnect.. please fix it asap.. 🙏🙏🙏Really fun! The challenges are hard but not too hard.

It makes me feel like someone is purposely making it this way, the best is you'd get a good when you hit it perfectly and the worst is it'll purposely miss it EVEN when you hit or drag the darn thing, please do fix this issue, especially when there are limited events for it (makes it feel rigged, which sucks)The game becomes more heavy and slow with every update.

3. I love rhe game but it's soo annoying to play recently because of how heavy it became.The last several months of updates have been terrible.

4. The difficulty level is gatekeeping new people from playing the game.My sister just deleted it from her phone(Edit!) This last few days it was disaster.

5. I really like the selection of songs, too, so far.It's good but comparing to other Superstar games, it's harder to power up cards and it takes too many RPs to upgrade cards🙁 Please make it easier.

6. This mistreatment of fans and the artists is unacceptable.I really enjoyed this game at first but suddenly the game has a hard time sensing my fingers.

7. It was hard for me to miss any notes in FTISLAND-Girls Don't Know, but this last few days makes it worst! I can't even get 3 stars on any hard mode! Please fix the detection of our touch.

8. We aren't asking for much, just for the game to be updated with the new songs when they are released.

9. Edit: Also missions are SO hard.. its not possible for anyone to play this game unless they're master players.

10. I tried to re-open it but after loading it just stays still and nothing shows up just the superstar fnc and music playing in the background.

1. Fix SUPERSTAR FNC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SUPERSTAR FNC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SUPERSTAR FNC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SUPERSTAR FNC" » Open SUPERSTAR FNC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SUPERSTAR FNC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SUPERSTAR FNC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SUPERSTAR FNC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SUPERSTAR FNC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SUPERSTAR FNC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SUPERSTAR FNC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SUPERSTAR FNC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SUPERSTAR FNC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SUPERSTAR FNC not working

2. Fix SUPERSTAR FNC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SUPERSTAR FNC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SUPERSTAR FNC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SUPERSTAR FNC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
