SUPERSTAR ATEEZ Customer Insights
1. There are days I can play for a while and it would run with no problems, but there are other days in which I cant play a single song without it freezing the screen (but the song would keep going) and unfreeze once I've failed.I honeslty love this game so much and i was super excited when it came out, but it does have some problems that needs to be fixed.
2. It's very disappointing, especially since I emailed the developers first about this.Got hooked on day one! Great game! Love how they frequently update the game to make it enjoyable! Wish there was a way to see our high score star level on the top five songs of the week and other songs Ex: Song 1; 3 stars, song 2; 2 stars etc.
3. The dev needs to figure out how to speed it up I had to stop playing because of that.I love this game, but I'm very frustrated that it doesn't always read my taps/holds - specifically, the lane doesn't light up to show that it recognizes I'm touching the screen when there are multiple notes.
4. At first, I assumed I was tapping/holding in the wrong spot or at the wrong time - it's my first time playing a rhythm game on my phone, so I'm not super great at it and that's fine - but as it happened more often, I was able to see that it's not recognizing the touch at all.
5. I really enjoy playing this game but the one thing I don't like is that when you try to play the hard version of a song, it's very impossible to even play it, which makes it harder to complete missions.
6. Update: It still sort of the same thing but the other thing I forgot to mention is that when you do Hard mode, When you click on the notes, It sometimes tells you that you missed it, It's very annoying.🙁Game play is good but loading time for each screen takes too long.
7. Even if I'm in the wrong column, too high above the board, or too early/late to get the note for points, the lane *should* at least light to show that it's been hit; I've tested this theory at the beginning/end of play without any notes and confirmed that the lane always lights, regardless of where I tap/hold on the screen.
8. I hope it can be fixed soon b/c I really love this game and ATEEZ songs, but I don't know how long I can keep playing just to keep failing without any way to improve.Overall great game.
9. Regarding updates (andriod users) go directly to the playstore and update from there.I love the game and how often it updates, I just wish it would stop glitching.
10. It's very discouraging to be trying to improve and to keep failing not because of my skill level, but because the game doesn't register a tap/hold.
11. Hahaha it's the gamer in me!This would be a five star review if they ever seemed to fix whatever bug it is that causes the game to not register taps and holds.

Good evening! While playing Superstar Ateez, I decided I wanted to use the in-app event for free diamonds to get free diamonds. So, I followed the steps it told me to do for the 6 months of SiriusXM Streaming Platinum and I ended up spending $30 of my own money to get 724 diamonds. I writing this complaint because I never received the 724 diamonds and I spent money out of my pocket for nothing. Is there anyway you can help?

It says "Debugging has been detected. App Will be terminated (Please contact customer center)" I was still able to play last night but then when morning came, it suddenly uninstall so I installed it again then this pops up. Please do something about this, thank you.
