It's great! edit: sometimes it signs me out and I have to log back in again for some reason and it does this frequently and I am not sure how to get grade up event cards.I stan Gfriend and I stan their game! But... there are some times where the songs glitch so you miss a few notes if you don't catch it it happens maybe like once a week.

Please, I really love playing it but I can't have fun if the game constantly crashes.Finally, it's out! 🌻 I have no problem overall but sometimes when playing the songs, the screen would freeze for 3-4 seconds while the song is still playing in the background and it will jump to a certain duration (based on the song) resulting me failing quite a bunch :" My friends have the same problem too sometimes.

3. Also sometimes the song doesn't sync with the notes but I usually wait until the next day and everything is normal again! Please fix the bugs for 5 stars 😁 I really do love this game!I like this game a lot.

1. Fix SuperStar GFRIEND Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SuperStar GFRIEND: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SuperStar GFRIEND App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SuperStar GFRIEND" » Open SuperStar GFRIEND » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SuperStar GFRIEND » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SuperStar GFRIEND app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SuperStar GFRIEND servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SuperStar GFRIEND" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SuperStar GFRIEND app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SuperStar GFRIEND might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SuperStar GFRIEND. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SuperStar GFRIEND then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SuperStar GFRIEND not working

2. Fix SuperStar GFRIEND Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SuperStar GFRIEND be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SuperStar GFRIEND not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SuperStar GFRIEND may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
