1. I am afraid my2 year old will click on the ad and purchase something unnecessary out of frustration he cant get the game to work!!!My 2 yr old loves this app, I've had it for about a year now and they just keep expanding the games! There is so many cool educational minigames, and instruments for your child to interact with.

2. The games are a little advanced for a young toddler but my low rating is mainly about the intrusive adds mid play, and the touch screen requiring 1 finger touch which is just really complicated for a small child to master.

3. Not having any sort of system in place to prevent your child from clicking the ad, as ads are for adults not two year olds, on top of having them take up the whole screen just seems deceptive.So Far Great Experience.

4. I have checked the settings in the app and on my device, uninstalled and reinstalled, updated...I don't know what else I am missing? Other than that when it was working - I really thought it was cute and great.I completely understand the need for ads, they make access to free apps like this possible.

That's my only request :)I can deal with the ads to keep it a free ap, but it is anoying when the ad comes up and prevents you from doing anything on the game... as an adult it took me a while to figure out what to do to get back to the main menu to reset the game so it could be played with again.

6. Kid clicks on the add or micro transaction and a little window pops up with a small math problem, to make sure it's the adult clicking on it, then it times out and closes after a few seconds so the kid can keep playing.

7. Dont play in it all the time but the few times a week we use it she always ends up hitting the home button by accident messing up either her game or the music.

8. My 20 month old loves building the track, the music part of playing all the instruments, and I love the options and that this was FREE.

9. The background music continues, but when she taps to go into the group area to play with the animals or alphabet or colors, there is no more noise coming from the figure she is tapping.

10. They just need to add a lock screen option and this would completely be a five star app!I like the app for my toddler and she loved it as well, but for some reason it stopped making noises.

1. Fix Piano Kids Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Piano Kids: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Piano Kids App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Piano Kids" » Open Piano Kids - Music & Songs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Piano Kids » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Piano Kids - Music & Songs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Piano Kids servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Piano Kids - Music & Songs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Piano Kids app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Piano Kids might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Piano Kids. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Piano Kids then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Piano Kids not working

2. Fix Piano Kids Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Piano Kids be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Piano Kids not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Piano Kids may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
