1. There's a decent amount of diversity of voices, although I wish there was more NB content for my NB buds, instead of for just women.I originally had written a review stating a major glitch that wouldnt close the app out fully and they fixed the glitch today! I have tried for 10 minutes to be able to "edit" the original review but it doesnt allow me to do anything to change it.

2. Not very discreet and considering the quality of content, not sure it is worth the money either.Feel taken advantage of -- and not in a good way: free trial available through the app after the website required a purchased subscription despite advertising a free trial as well.

3. Some cool customizable features to think about.(:I want to give 5 stars but can't because..... Whenever my phone connects to my car's Bluetooth it starts playing and I don't know how to get it to stop! No matter how many times I quit the app, pause, the audio, etc it automatically opens up and starts when I turn my car on.

4. But apparently audio is my thing! I will say I wish they would copy a portion of how Spotify does their app when it comes to organization and the ability to filter.

5. Some of my favorite audio creators are here but then the rest are bad, cringey, have short audios and terrible audio quality.

6. Wish I'd tried the app before signing up via the website! As far as the app itself goes, it was difficult to navigate.The content itself is really enjoyable, and I like a lot of the features of the app.

7. I've tried listening to a few audios and it isn't for me: would've preferred to try one or two audios before paying, especially as it seems like some people are still able to do this through the app.

8. Luckily I haven't had anyone else in my car yet but it keeps happening!! There's no settings button in the app and when I click the app info it doesn't give me an option to turn off automatic play.

9. I am sorry to Quinn for that because I wanted to change it to 5 stars because the content is really good.

10. The first one is everything is blank for the home page and for voices, you can't even see profiles of a certain people or audios.

11. Definitely room for growth because of all the different kinks 😏 but I am loving it right now! Thanks QuinnThe app doesn't load and it was a nightmare trying to subscribe.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Quinn Issues

1. Fix Quinn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Quinn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Quinn App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Quinn" » Open Quinn - Audio Stories » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Quinn » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Quinn - Audio Stories app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Quinn servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Quinn - Audio Stories" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Quinn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Quinn might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Quinn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Quinn then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Quinn not working


2. Fix Quinn Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Quinn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Quinn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Quinn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I recently subscribed to Quinn Audio, and I intended to choose the monthly subscription plan. However, I was mistakenly charged for the annual subscription, which is approximately $50, instead of the monthly fee of $5. Due to this mistake, I have already canceled the subscription to avoid further charges. I would like to request a refund for the annual charge. If possible, I would prefer to switch to the monthly subscription plan instead. If switching to the monthly plan is not an option, I kindly ask for a full refund and to keep the subscription canceled. Thank you!

I have no idea what e-mail I used to sign up with you guys about a year ago and just realized I am being charged. I don't check my bank statements all that much because it stressed me out seeing how little money I have. Is there any way I can give you my possible emails and you can check which of them is associated with you and cancel them? I'm incredibly angry and poor and this last one put me into overdraft. I have seen no e-mails regarding my subscription so I can't find which one to log in with. Please help me, I am incredibly stressed out not being able to access my account to delete it. Hello, I have an issue with canceling a subscription. I thought the subscription was fully canceled a few weeks ago but my account just received a notification that money has been taken from it for the Quinn subscription. I tried to cancel my subscription last night before the end of the free trial and something big came up so I wasn't able to continue so the payment was made but I really can't afford this and really need a refund. I should probably also mention that when signing up I was told that I would have a two day reminder before the end of the trial to cancel the subscription but this did not happen, hence why I realised so late which complicated the cancellation. I would really appreciate some help one this as this is a lot of money that I really can't be giving away right now. (I have now cancelled it however obviously it has still taken the whole £32 pounds from me)
