1. Gave attempted this on 3 devices.Angry that in order to access my account for work, I am FORCED to download this app on my personal phone.

2. You (Costar) require us to use your service for work yet can't even provide a basic usable interface from our devices? Borderline monopoly that needs to be replaced.Unfortunately this app, which was once quite good underneath the loop net logo, keeps stalling.

3. I understand that the people running CoStar are not good people, and I don't want them poking around my phone.

4. But that's probably why they forced me to download the app, because they're not good people and they want to poke around my phone.

5. For close to $1,000 a month for the CoStar service you would think that you would be able to at least use the search function.Got an alert on your phone about a new property? Except it's not a simple as just clicking the link.

7. Fix thisI only installed this app because I was forced to buy costar in order to log into my work account.

8. Nearly useless as is.This app is difficult to use and has very few of the features and search filters that are needed to do any useful work or searches.

9. Filtering results has major problems; two examples: you can add a minimum square footage but not a maximum and you can input how many dock doors are needed but not grade level doors.

10. Not only is it unnecessary, it wants to manage my phone calls and intrude into my personal information.

1. Restart CoStar Commercial Real Estate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CoStar Commercial Real Estate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CoStar Commercial Real Estate" » Open CoStar Commercial Real Estate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CoStar Commercial Real Estate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CoStar Commercial Real Estate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CoStar Commercial Real Estate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CoStar Commercial Real Estate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CoStar Commercial Real Estate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CoStar Commercial Real Estate might not work.
